The Mountain Line is finalizing plans for a new Downtown Connection Center after receiving public comments. Stretching from Milton Road to Beaver Street, the new center will include an administrative building, 13 bus bays, and outdoor civic space. Mountain Line Deputy Manager Kate Morley says the goal is to improve rider experience. The project is set to break ground late spring, but there is not yet a timeline for the completion of the new center. Bus Operator Stephen Olvera says customer service is key, and the new center will be a big improvement.
