Student forecaster Aaron Vitatoe has the latest on the less than ideal monsoon weather we've seen in northern Arizona.
We've seen and will continue to see an unseasonably dry monsoon season, and it might break our record for the all-time driest. This would be the second year in a row that we have broken this record, with our precipitation total coming in at 2.08" last year.
We still have a couple weeks of monsoon left, since it ends September 30th. So, we'll continue to keep an eye on those precipitation totals, but no matter what, it looks like we're still having one of the driest seasons on record.
