power outtage

10:00 p.m. Nov. 19th update:  APS is reporting that at approximately 9:20 p.m. power was restored to all 1,300 customers affected by this outage.  Repair crews performed an inspection of the lines and equipment and found no immediate damage.  Once the inspection was complete they were able to re-energize the lines.   No immediate cause [...]
