FLAGSTAFF (AP) — DeAngelo Jones scored with 11.3 seconds left in the second overtime to lift Northern Arizona to an 86-85 win over Portland State on Thursday night.

10:00 p.m. Nov. 19th update: APS is reporting that at approximately 9:20 p.m. power was restored to all 1,300 customers affected by this outage.
