FLAGSTAFF (NAZ Today)–12:33 AM Tuesday– High winds are causing multiple power outages across Flagstaff tonight. Scanner reports are saying that police officers are seeing small explosions at several power transformers, along with accidents in town on I-40 near Country Club Drive.

PHOENIX (AP) – The people most at risk with coming down with swine flu will be first in line beginning Saturday at clinics across Maricopa County.
The county health department said more than 39,700 doses of H1N1 vaccine will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
