PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona’s unemployment rate inched upward in March as the construction industry slipped again and schools’ spring breaks took a toll on local government employment.

FLAGSTAFF (NAZ Today)–While the price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline has decreased in Arizona and around the nation, Flagstaff gas still remains costly.
