Rangers Announce Greene Not Joining Team
SURPRISE, Ariz. (AP) — The Texas Rangers say utility infielder Khalil Greene will not be joining the team because of an undisclosed private matter.
The Rangers on Monday announced the change in status for Greene, who on Jan. 21 signed a one-year, $750,000 deal with Texas.

MESA, Ariz. (AP) — The Gila River Indian tribe would like to add the Chicago Cubs to its entertainment portfolio of casinos, a wild west theme park, golf course and resort hotel.
