PHOENIX (AP) — A Phoenix-area business leader who donated $250,000 to the Arizona State University Foundation to reward business-college teachers wants his money back.

Update: It has been confirmed through Flagstaff Mayor Sara Presler that the roof at Jay Lively Activity Center has collapsed. No information about the amount of of damage to the building has been released.
