FLAGSTAFF (NAZ Today) – Flagstaff Police have arrested 54 year old Californian Randall Nicholson on charges of “Burning of Wild-Land” in connection with the Hardy Wildfire that started Saturday afternoon.
Police investigators say Nicholson was camping in the area where the fire started on Saturday, and had started a small cooking fire.
Based on witness statements and other evidence, investigators believe that Nicholson “dumped hot coals from his camp fire underneath an open grill on the ground.”
Nicholson is being held on a $2,500 bond at the Coconino County Detention Center.
As of 8:00 A.M. Sunday morning, the Hardy Wildfire is at 350 acres in size with zero percent containment.

an oil company spills hundres of millions of barrels of oil into the Gulf (still raging after more than 60 days and still burning!!!!!), and NOBODY is arrested?????
