Flagstaff (NAZ Today) – Interstate 40 has reopened this morning after being closed due to strong winds and blowing dust. The freeway was closed most of Wednesday between Two Guns and Winslow because of limited visibility. Officials at the Arizona Department of Transportation are closely monitoring the conditions and say if winds and visibility become issues again, more closures can be expected today.
