PHOENIX (AP) — Drivers traveling north on Interstate 17 Wednesday near Camp Verde should be prepared for a lane closure at McGuireville Road.
The Arizona Department of Transportation said crews are reconstructing the McGuireville traffic interchange and the lane closure is necessary to provide a safe work zone for the installation of light poles.
The closure of the right northbound lane will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 13. Drivers should plan on reduced speed limits and potential delays.
ADOT advises drivers to be alert for construction equipment and work crews in the area.
