  2. This article is worded to remove responsibility on the part of the driver. Better wording would be, “A driver hit and killed a bicyclist who was traveling on the correct side of the road.”

  3. Cycling is an inherently hazardous activity. We all take out lives into our own hands each time we venture out into traffic. Here in Austin, and local dude has invented a new light that is so visible, it is sick. Check out the Flashbak Lighting System.
