FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — Flagstaff police are investigating the suspicious death of a man whose body was found Saturday evening in a wooded area.
Police Sgt. Greg Jay says the remains were discovered around 7:30 p.m. in some trees near the railroad tracks south of the JC Penney store along old Route 66.
He says the man’s age and identity are unknown.
Jay says no other details will be released, only that authorities are investigating it as a suspicious death.
