Flagstaff (NAZ Today) – The first day of March means Spring is on its way and for Flagstaff voters, that means election time. There are only eight days left until mail-in ballots are due. The mail-in ballots are for the primary election and the FUSD override.
Ballots can be mailed in or dropped off at the Coconino County Elections office by 7 p.m. on March 9 at 110 East Cherry Ave. or at the white ballot drop box at the CoconinoCounty Health Department at 2625 Noth King St. Also, please keep in mind that the affidavit portion of the envelope must be signed.
The general election in May will be held at a polling place and not a vote-by-mail election. To get signed up on the Early Voting List to receive a mail-in ballot, go to www.coconino.az.gov/elections or call the Coconino County Elections Office at 928-679-7860.
Early voting starts April 22 at the Coconino County Election Office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Also on April 22, the mail-in ballots will be mailed for early voters. The last day to vote early in person is May 14. Election Day is May 18.
