Two candidates running for Flagstaff City Council have been eliminated.

Small business owner Dan Frazier and retired school teacher Stephen Knutson are no longer in the running. Both candidates received less than 1,900 votes.

This is Knutson’s second unsuccessful attempt to becoming a councilman. He also ran for mayor in 2008, but was eliminated in the primary.
