Heidi, my name is Deb (Corbett) Shepard. You know my daughter Stefanie as she was Tims girlfriend. She phoned me at 3:30 this morning. As I am sure you are all in shock, so are we. My sister-in-law lives in AZ and heard about this tragic accident and was unaware who it was till I called her today. My heart goes out to you and your folks. I was one of several that responded to the accident. Coconino County Sheriff’s Office is in charge of the investigation. It appears to be a tragic accident. I’m sorry for your loss.
