PHOENIX (AP) — Photo radar systems will soon be clicking away at speeders in El Mirage. The city says it will have speed enforcement cameras at three intersections.
The photo radar cameras will capture motorists running red lights and speeding.
The El Mirage Police Department says the system will enhance safety for motorists.
Monday is the start day for the photo enforcement system.
For the first 30 days of implementation, violators will receive a written warning. After a 30-day warning period, violators will receive citations.
