FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Division of Emergency Management says residents living in three communities north of Flagstaff won’t see federal funding to help rebuild after summer floods.
State officials say the damage is not great enough under the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s criteria for a presidential disaster declaration and assistance to individuals.
