About
NAZ Today is your source for local television news in Flagstaff and the surrounding areas. The program is a unique and exciting partnership between students, faculty, and the community. NAZ Today would not be possible without the hard work and dedication of Northern Arizona University students. They work under the advisement of NAU Electronic Media faculty Brandon Neuman and Angele Anderfuren. The students also have the benefit of working with professional broadcasters Charlie Hicks and Shelly Watkins along with meteorologist Lee Born.
Each day students write, produce and present Northern Arizona and campus news, sports and weather.
Spring 2013 Schedule —
NAZ Today can be seen LIVE at 6pm Monday through Thursday on Suddenlink/Centurylink Cable Channel 4. The show is also re-broadcast at 10pm on Channel 4. NAZ Today is not on-air year around because of our dependence on students. Also, NAZ Today does not air during NAU holidays and closures.
Air dates are February 4 - May 3.
