Coconino County Reports First Death Involving H1N1 (Swine) Flu

FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) — A southern Coconino County teenager who tested positive for swine flu has died, bringing the death toll statewide to nine.

Yavapai County Superior Judge Resigning

PRESCOTT, Ariz. (AP) — Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Howard D. Hinson Jr. will resign Sept 30 in an agreement that will resolve misconduct allegations.
Hinson reached an agreement with the Commission on Judicial Conduct in which he admitted to the charges and agreed to resign.
